Caro Babbo Natale

Ti scrivo già oggi perchè sono sicura che quest'anno ti servirà un po' di tempo per preparare il mio regalo.
Lo so che non mi sforzerò di scrivere la richiesta di mio pugno, ma quest'anno sono triste, e quando sono triste entra in gioco la musica. Parlo con le canzoni. Canzoni che scrivono altre persone, è vero, ma che riescono ad esprimere quello che sento chiuso dentro di me.
E so anche che non sono stata buona. Sono stata egoista, e non ho avuto il coraggio di portare fino in fondo le mie azioni. O meglio, le azioni quelle giuste. Ho abbandonato una persona che aveva bisogno di me, ho sbraitato perchè una malattia ha interrotto un mio progetto. Ho dimenticato le persone. Ho pensato a me stessa tutto il tempo, a cosa era meglio per me. Ho fatto dei buoni propositi per rimediare a tutto questo, ma in questi giorni sto già sgarrando.
L'anno scorso mi sentivo sola e ti avevo chiesto un po' d'amore. Non avevo richieste particolari, potevi decidere tu. E devo ringraziarti, perchè l'amore è arrivato e hai scelto pure bene! Forse ero stata più buona l'anno scorso...
Quest'anno però ho proprio sgarrato, perchè sei venuto a riprenderti quel regalo. Sono sicura che hai pensato che non lo volevo più, ma ti sei sbagliato, nonostante i dubbi che posso aver avuto, nonostante sembrasse che lo avessi ormai messo da parte era un bel regalo, mi era davvero piaciuto, e mi ci ero affezionata. E in fin dei conti un regalo è un regalo, non si dovrebbe tornare a riprenderlo: è quantomeno scortese! Perciò la richiesta è un po' più specifica stavolta...
